Service & Claims

Our agency encourages you to make the agency your first point of contact for service with new policy applications, policy changes, payments, or to review your current protection. We will take the time to go over your needs, offer options, and to set up time to meet with you face-to-face if you'd like.

We also encourage you to contact the agency if you have suffered a loss. We can review your policy and deductibles and tell you about the claim filing process. In some situations, we may be able to assist you with filing a claim while we talk with you. If a claim is filed, we are here to help you if you have questions or concerns about how your claim is being handled.

Please review the Contact Us and Map/Hours tabs on this website for how to reach the agency staff and Allstate. Whether you call, email, or stop by, we will get you to the available staff person who can best meet your needs. You always have the option to work with Allstate directly by calling the Customer Interaction Center at 1-800-Allstate but again our recommendation is making the agency your first point of contact.
